Orders and Delivery

Currently, our delivery services are limited to GCC countries, namely Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Oman. 

Orders are processed and shipped directly from our distribution center located in Bahrain. Once an order is placed, it will be handed off to the shipping carrier. Customers will be provided with a tracking number to monitor the status of their shipment.

Tracking details for your order will be sent via email to the email address provided at checkout. This email will include instructions on how to monitor the status of your shipment. 

Please note that the tracking information may take 2-3 days to become available after the initial shipping notification email is received.

Note: Customers should be aware of their country regulations regarding any import duties. 

Note: we are unable to fulfill orders that are to be delivered to P.O. boxes or military bases within those regions.

To place an order, simply select the desired products, add them to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. There, you will be prompted to enter the required billing and shipping information, as well as complete the payment process. That's all there is to it!
