What are the shipping rates and estimated delivery timelines for placing an order?
Shipping costs are subject to variation based on the customer’s location and the selected shipping method. For customers residing in Bahrain, orders will be delivered within 2 business days. For GCC customers, the delivery timeframe is 3 to 9 business days.
What countries do you ship to?
Currently, our shipping services are limited to GCC countries, namely Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Oman.
Note: we are unable to fulfill orders that are to be delivered to P.O. boxes or military bases within those regions.
How do you ship?
Orders are processed and shipped directly from our distribution center located in Bahrain. Once an order is placed, it will be handed off to the shipping carrier. Customers will be provided with a tracking number to monitor the status of their shipment.
How can I track my order?
Tracking details for your order will be sent via email to the email address provided at checkout. This email will include instructions on how to monitor the status of your shipment.
Please note that the tracking information may take 2-3 days to become available after the initial shipping notification email is received.

Payments can be made via Benefit, Visa, Master Card, and Apple Pay.
What is the default payment currency
Our products are listed in Bahraini Dinars.
Can I pay with COD - "Cash on delivery"?
No.
We only accept payments in advance. You can use one of our secure payment methods to pay for your order.

How do I place an order?
First, visit our store at: CeenFashion.com.
To place an order, simply select the desired products, add them to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. There, you will be prompted to enter the required billing and shipping information, as well as complete the payment process. That's all there is to it!
